Although courts are now open, they are still dealing with a three month backlog. Added to that is the fact that the normal procedures for filing documents has been replaced with drop boxes and, and impacted calendars mean that new cases and motions have a lesser priority than trials and motions that were moved because of the closures. I’m seeing one day trials set in late February 2021.
